It’s All In The Prep…
Arrive 5 minutes before your class starts to get yourself settled and adjust your bike. Full checks and fine tuning will be carried out at the beginning of your class to ensure you ride with maximum comfort and maximum power.
Kit is essential for comfort and performance. Sports t-shirts/tops, sports/cycling shorts (padded for extra comfort) and hard soled sports trainers for full support are required. Please bring a towel to wipe away all that sweat! Secure changing facilities are also available.
Make sure you come to your class hydrated so the body is fuelled and ready to go. We’ll make you sweat! Feel free to fill up your water bottle from our filtered water machine.
Dress for comfort, ensure clothing does not restrict the body. Please bring your own mat.
